It does this randomly. It is supposed to use BISB as the connection method, but changes to Direct TCP. This wouldn't be a huge problem except there's no option to reset it in the settings. It only displays it; I can't click on it to change it.
The designers told me to hold down Shift and type BIS to reset it, but this didn't work.
Does anyone who has this app know how to reset the connection method without uninstalling and reinstalling it?
