I backed up my bb on my computer bc I'm going to file a claim process. I haven't a clue as to how to open the files to make sure everything was saved. From what I've read in some of the forums, it's a pain.. Any easy suggestions?

has a free trial version . I've used it many times on my
8310 backups (IPD) both the free trial and purchased. (free trial fully functional except limit on export to 10 records at a time but can view all data)
