Damaged my old phone so was sent a new one. Everything is working fine except the email. When trying to get emails it says that my blackberry.net email account is invalid and I need to validate it. When i click on the validate button it asks for a password but I never remember getting a password for my blackberry email account. Also, when i click on the forgot password it asks for my mothers maiden name and put that it but says its incorrect. I never remember getting this password and was wondering how in the world to validate my blackberry email account so I can receive emails to my phone. Tried to call blackberry but they wanted like 50 dollars to help me out. PLEASE HELP!! thanks
