    Hey everyone, I've been lurking this forum for a while a decided to step up and finally register

    I have a question though, I bought a 8310 recently and I'm having trouble sending MMS. I searched the forums a bit but to no avail.

    When I try to send MMS, I get this pop-up "NO MMS Service Record, message cannot be sent. You will only be able to save as draft."

    I would be totalllyyyy grateful if someone could help me out. Thanks!

    Check your service books and make sure you have the MMS provisioning. If not contact your provider or your online account and make sure you have Data plan.

    You have a BlackBerry Data Package right?

    Log onto the AT&T BIS site and resend your service books.

    If that fails call AT&T 800-331-0500 and make sure MMS service
    is actually added to your account.

    Send Service Books: Click your internet email icon (the envelope with a gear in front of it)> click service books> click send service books.

    Register Device: Click options> click advanced options> roll down and click host routing table> press your menu key> select register now> click back and close.
