I'm going to assume that you have a wifi network already to connect to :P

If you've already done a battery pull and that didn't solve it, I would do one of the following:

    1. Reset your wireless router

    2. On your BB go to Manage Connections> Make sure Wi-Fi has a check in the box

Thats all I can think of, good luck!

Is the wifi antenna on your blackberry turned on?

the wifi box is checked---that will turn on the wifi antennea, correct?

and, does the BB have to get access to the internet thru wi-fi?

I was trying to get the "key" from my tmobile home router, by pushing the button on the top of the router ( I have t-mobile home phone service) and it is still NOT connecting

cant I connect to the internet thru some other network, and NOT the wifi? what about edge? or the cell network?

the BB doesnt work outside of my house either.

it used to work at home or on the road

I am sure I wasnt getting wifi on the road, 40 miles out of the city.

    suggestions?

What phone model do you have? Perhaps you might post in the 8700 section if that's the model you are discussing. You might get better assistance.

You may want to post this question in the 87XX help HERE or in the WiFi Help area HERE I'm thinking that you may be able to get more specific help for your device and the WiFi in those forums.
There is also a WiFi section in the Tips, How To's and FAQ's under newbies that may not get your WiFi going, however it may be able to get your BB back online so you are not without it completely.

    I hope that helps
