i seem to have a problem getting on the internet so i may go to aol or cnn or my home emails. do you have any suggestions to help me. i have only owned my 8330 bb for about a month or so.

What do you mean you can't get on the internet? Do you get a error, or is it running really slow?

Are you tryint to connect via a tether or on your phone.

Ok still need more info.
First off on your home screen where your signal meter is what does it say next to it?

It will either be
1X
Or
1XEV

Secondly when you go to the internet does the phone give you an error or just won't load a page. Have you tried a battery pull yet?
