ok so for the past 2 days my browser hasnt worked worth a ****.... i will type an address or click a link and it will just say requesting the whole time. when i do a battery pull it works for a couple hours perfectly fine then it will start doing the same thing. also sometimes if i just keep trying it over and over again it will go through but this is only sometimes. i have plenty of file free and im not having any other problems with email or data. my os is 4.5.0.56 any thoughts
I have this issue on 4.3 I never had to do a battery reset to resolve it. I just go out of the browser and start again. this ususally works.
If this happens again, check in options>status and see what the signal is if it over -100 this could be a an issue the higher the negative number is can affect browsing.
I did this last night when I had the problem and it was -109. I usually run between -85 and -94. optimal for VZW is -75 to -85.
