    I don't pay for internet monthly but I do pay by the usage. However, ever since I changed to that setting it never works correctly. I used to be able to get something to come up but it would take forever, now it doesnt come up at all. It just says unable to connect. Is is just something I should take up with my phone provider?

    you can do that. Have you don't a battery pull already. If the battery pull doesn't help then by all means call your service provider.

    yeah, i have pulled the battery on several occasions. not necessarily for this issue but a couple of times when it has frozen up but it still doesnt fix the internet issue. guess its time to get on hold with at&t!

    You might not have a correct data package for you BB as well. If they changed the set up they might not have set it up correctly.
