Hey everyone,
For some reason, I can't synch my BB. It started a few weeks ago, and I've been all over the internet looking for a solution.

I did a few things and I still can't get it to work. Now when I try to synch I just a message stating Unknown Error Reported.

WTH? Can someone please tell me what to do so I can synch this puppy?

I'm getting frustrated and I'm worried something happened without my knowledge. I'm computer literate, but don't get too technical on me with your responses.

I would write all the new data down, download your OS and then wipe your device with JL_CMDER
