I'm looking to boost the signal for my Berry, as I'm in a very crappy area, which I think causes me to get kicked off RIM's network frequently.

Would this internal antenna sticker be of any help to me?

    Thank you.

Those stickers are as good as the service in your area.

*sighs* I was afraid of that.

What about a repeater or signal booster?

This is one of the reasons why I love my wifi-equipped 8320. In indoor areas with poor reception like my office, I have the option of tunnelling the GSM traffic through the wifi network instead of the cellular network. This feature (UMA) guarantees that I have solid reception in the places where I spend the most time: home and office. I realize that this is not true for the 8330, but I want to mention this option in case you are in a position to choose a different phone/network in the future.
