Now that I did all that when I sync for the first time I get the error message above. I'm so frustrated...I've had this for 5 days and can't get it to sync with Outlook. Can someone help?? Please???
This should be working for you intellisync is the name of software used to sync with. unless anyone else has any ideas, I would call Tech Support for your carrier. If they can walk you though it, ask them to transfer you RIM the mfg.
