In the past whenever I took a pic my BB would label it "IMGxxx.jpg".
Now in the past 2 weeks it lables them "IMGxxx.jpg.rem" and when i connect via usb to my p.c. i cant view the pics. What is the "rem" about?

I have not made any hardware or software changes at all since my last os upgrade a few months ago.

Go to Options > Media Card, Change Encryption Mode to Off.

the funny thing is that encryption was programmed as long as i can remember and it never caused this problem until just recently.
