Sorry, brand new here and to BB. So, I threw the box away, only saving the SKU and proof of purchase info.

When I go under "Status," I receive my PIN and some other info, but no IMEI#. It also does not show up in my "Help Me" section of the device.

Is there another way to recover this # so that I can register on the Verizon BIS site?

I believe that for Verizon, its an ESN#.

You can also take the battery out, it should be on the FCC sticker under it.
