I'm sure happy no one knows who I am personally because I keep asking the dumbest questions.

First of all is there a way to boost the sound level on my BB? I have it at the highest level but it doesn't compare to my old "regular" phone. I know someone else who has the same problem so at least I know it isn't my hearing.

So next, I just downloaded (to my PC) a ringtone. I don't have a clue how to get it into my BB curve 8330. I adjusted the volume of it on Audacity and transferred it to the Media Manager and that's about as far as I can get. It is in Roxio under unprotected files. What now?? Can anyone give me step by step instructions on getting it in my BB?

Enable mass storage mode on your BB. Plug into PC. Open blackberry drive. Open blackberry folder. Open ringtones folder. Drag ringtone from your PC to the ringtone folder. Enjoy.

    Dump ROXIO. It is worthless.
