if i buy a bb from at&t can i put my rogers(canada) sim card in it?

will it work? cuz bb are alot cheaper in the states and i would like to know if all i have to do is put my sim card in and it will work? the one i plan to buy is already unlocked.. will it work? and can i put a data plan on it?

Yes u have to unlock It though, and it just so happens on the main page of crackberry.com they have free unlock codes for 48 hours

Oh sorry didn't see it said it was already unlocked.. You should be able to use it on rogers network

If its a Unlocked version yes go right ahead and slip that sim into it.
Of coarse you can add a dataplan, it'll work with that SIM only.

I know of someone that gots and buys for two services. He pays for Rogers in Canada. and AT&T in the states so he doesn't pay roaming
