    every time i get my icons where i want them, if i restar my phone for any reason, the icons revert back to where they were in the first place. how do i get my icons to stay where they are, even after i restart my phone? thanks

    If it's a 3rd party theme, it could be an issue within the theme. By restart, you mean soft reset?

    yea, theres a 3rd party theme on it, thats probobly it. yea a soft reset, or even a battery pull.
