I'm not sure what I did, but when I go to compose an SMS text instead of all my numbers showing up it says "personal" and then the option {use once}. then it says *no addresses*. all my numbers are still in my blackberry, but I just don't know how to access them for texting. help!!

I just go to messages-menu button-compose sms and the addresses come up next. U doing the same?

How long have you had the device?

You didnt do a thing to it? maybe the database is corrupt..any recent backups made? maybe you can restore it.. or if you dont want to do that...

Perhaps a visit to TMO or call them to see if they can send you a replacement..

no i am pretty sure I did do something to it but I have no idea what. I was messing around with BBM last night. it won't allow me to delete the "use once" thing.

The contacts in your address book are seperate from that in BBM... not related.

well thats the only thing that I was messing with. i've never even seen "personal" before. i am so confused what that even means

Do you have a recent back up file? If you do plug in, fire up apploader and restore your address book.
