Exclamation I need to wipe my BB 8310 OS and reinstall

My BB Curve 8310 gets stuck - (frozen in the current screen with the hourglass rotating) I cannot answer an incoming call (it rings in stuck mode) or work any buttons to navigate until it is done thinking or whatever it is doing. This is usually a lengthy thing that does not stop. I have to pull out the battery and power up again, but then it starts all over again a little while later. I figure I need to wipe the OS and re-install, but I cannot seem to find a reliable set of instructions on how to do this simply. I am no techie, but I can find my way around. Please help!

Programs like BBSAK or BBHTools can be used for the wipe. Reinstall the OS with either Desktop Manager or Loader. OS install instructions are around here in the Help forums. http://crackberry.com/blackberry-101...ting-system-os

Or if there is an updated OS available use Loader to install. A wipe is part of the process.
