    Hi, I'm a new user here I just got my blackberry curve 8320 from Ebay today. There are a few things it didn't come with that I'm noticing other people's have. Mine doesn't have a notepad application or anything, and it doesn't have a way to set up email. Can someone please help me? Thanks!

    You should have both the MemoPad and Email Setup icons. If not, hit the Menu key and select "Show All" to make sure they are not hidden.

    Are you positive these two aren't installed? They may just be hidden. You should double check.

    Go to Options>Advanced Options>Applications

    You should see Memo Pad & Email Setup Application.

    If you don't see them you will have to install the OS to your PC & load those two apps using Desktop Manager

    You saw Email Set Up under the list of apps? If so then it must be hidden. Follow Adam's directions on how to show all files. Also be sure to check all, if any folders.
    As far as the Memo Pad you will have to re install it.

    you will need to connect your phone to your comp.through desktop manager and reinstall memo pad

    Warning! Since you don't have a data plan DON'T activate your emails on your berry or you will be charged something like $0. 3 per kb of recived data. And every time the bb pushes an e-mail they can vary from 100-200kbs. It will get expensive quick.

    Don't get me wrong you can check your mail via wifi, by going to the page. I.E. Hotmail.com, mail.yahoo.com, gmail.com etc... But if you set your berry to push your mail to your phone it will do that at all times, even when not in a wifi zone.
