I have a Sprint 8330 and i was trying to update the software to the new 4.5 from the sticky thread and something went really wrong. It got halpway thru then said was "unable to install" now i have no OS on my Curve, just a 507 error message on the screen. I search and I see how to recover a dead BB but desktop manager wont even recognize it now. This is crazy I updated my friends Curve the other day and it went fine now i follow the exact same steps and now my phone is bricked. Please help

OMG you are a lifesaver. Thank You. That last link is exactly what i was looking for and it worked like a charm. I love this forum
