OK SO I'M IN LOVE WITH MY CURVE (JUST TO PUT IT OUT THERE) IN LIKE TO DO ALL THE EXTRA TECHNICAL STUFF SO HERE'S MY DILEMMA...

SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY CD-ROM OR WHATEVER ON MY LAPTOP SO I CAN'T PUT THE BB CD IN TO INSTALL MY DM. HOWEVER, I TRIED TO DOWNLOAD IT OFF THE BB WEBSITE...STILL NOTHING! WHAT AM I DOING WRONG!! COULD SOMEONE PLZ PLZ TELL ME A SHORTCUT OR GIVE INSTUCTIONS ON HOW TO DO IT "MANUALLY" I GUESS LOL. I FEEL LEFT OUT BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE AN UP TO DATE OS LOL...THANKS!

Please don't type in all caps, IT'S LIKE YOU ARE SHOUTING. See?

When you download the DM software, you still need to install it. Look for the file that downloaded and click on it to launch the setup program.

Go to the stickys at the top of 83xx forum. Go to the obe for your phone, and click the download link, find desktop software 4.6. Download and run it and you should be set.

Also make sure that you dobt have any other DM's installed on your laptop.
