whenever i send or receive email on my computer, all received and read emails on my blackberry are lost. My Sim card failed over the weekend and was replaced. I never heard of a Sim card fail before. I thought this might have been the cause prior to this weekend. All that i have remaining in my blackberry are sent messages....Is it possible my email was screwed up do to a sim card error or does anyone know why my emails would just automatically delete themselves? i have a curve8300

Sorry I can't help you with the email issue, but I have had the SIM failure recently. I noticed that I had no bars, just SOS. When I took the battery out, I realized the SIM card door hadn't closed and locked properly--probably when installed. I just reset the card and made sure it was locked properly and everything's been ok since.
