Hey guys! Good news. I found it (under a blanket) in our guest room. I don't even know how it got there, but anyway, thanks for everyone's help and about this whole findit thing- I'm frustrated because I emailed it all day trying to make it work. No one from customer service got back to me and when I picked up my phone and then unlocked it, it said 'ring' and 'this phone is stolen.' So it didn't do what it was supposed to do It bums me out because what a great program if it actually worked for me.

Chaz thanks for everything! I saw that you tried to help via email too and thank you so much. You're the coolest bb person ever.

So glad you found it - its so maddening to know your BB is somewhere...

Makes me wonder - could you set an exception phone number that would ring thru even when your BB is set to silent?
