How do I turn off the ringer notification when email or messages come in? I installed a new theme and it reverted back to ringing when messages come in.
I won't ask again if someone will answer for me.

From the Home Screen, Profiles / Advanced / Normal / Menu / Edit...Messages
Out of Holster: None
Volume: Mute
In Holster: None
Volume: Mute

Do this for every profile and every email inbox.

I had looked at that but it didn't help me. I now know why, something I installed, probably a theme, has changed the way my screen looks when I click on Profiles. Instead of getting the screen you see in BB 101, I get a long list starting out with AIM Alert and goes all the way to Yahoo Messenger Alert. I guess something was changed that took out a couple of steps on how to get to the screen to make the changes.
Anyway, got it figured out so thanks guys.
