Starting yesterday, it is impossible to open links of any kind from my 8310. Going to Google, Facebook, etc...all impossible to open links. I get the message, "A problem occured while trying to render the page" and only gives you the option to hit "OK".

I think I'm probably going to have to take it to AT&T but thought maybe one of you techie people would be able to help me with it!

Please talk to me like I'm 4, because that's pretty much my tech-age.

What happens exactly when you click on a link? What message do you get, if any?

While in the browser, hit Menu > Options > General Settings.

Make sure all the checkboxes are checked off at the top, and Emulation is set to Blackberry. Save.

See if that makes any difference.
