    When i back it up, durring profiles, it says back up failure try again.

    Are you using the latest version of Desktop Manager? 5.0.1? It's much better at recovering from errors.

    It says at the lower left hand corner of the main screen, the latest version is 5.0.1, which you can download at that link I provided.
