I have upgraded from an 8703e to an 8330. I have having the Error 413 message everytime I try to get a ringtone from Crackberry. The 8703e never gave me this message and was able to download the ringtone just fine. I don't have a memory card in either Blackberry. What is the problem and how do I fix it? Verizon is my carrier.
that's the problem you need a media card there is a device limit for media you can find it under media/options see what it's set to i believe the choices are 5 mb, 12 mb, or 15 mb
Wow, I learn something new everyday! Yup, mine is set to 12 MB. Bummer. What's funny is I spent an hour on the phone yesterday with Verizon support and the conclusion was that I had a brand-new, defective Blackberry.
