I have a BB 8330 that is running v4.3.0.72 through Verizon.
How do I enable html email?
I also need to go to a site, for work, that is a regular webpage. I know that it is navigable by iPhone. I can get to the site with my BB. The message "better viewed with IE" comes, then I can navigate the site with one exception, which is the one I need. I am unable to use the pull down menu. I can't click on the small triangle . . .I can't click on the options. Is there a setting I can adjust or is that just the way it is?
As for the site you need to go to i suggest downloading Opera Mini and using that for sites that the bb browser does not support. BlackBerry does not support flash so that may be an issue.
However i've found that Opera Mini can properly handle a lot of sites that the bb browser cannot.
log into the link i posted above. Click on service Books on the left. Click Send Service Books.

*Only emails forward from now will be HTML, not your old emails. When you get an HTML email you need to press Menu, download images. You have to do this for every HTML email you get.
