Any programs out there so that I can view HTML emails? I saw a few to pay for, but just wondering if there are any shareware out there, or any recommendations at least. Thanks!

The best options are BBSmart and Empower. Both cost a fee. I haven't heard of any that are free.

I did a trial of BBSmart and Empower Standard. Both are good, but I prefer Empower. For $10, I thought of it as the best for the price.

I went with Empower Pro...mainly because I had a $15 promotional discount. HTML email is definitely worth the price whether it be BBSmart or Empower.

I have the BB Smart and love it. I tried both Empower and BB Smart and preferred the latter because it had more options.

I have Empower basic and love it. Their support response time is good and thorough as well even for the $10 version.

I trialed both and eventually went with Empower. I thought it was faster, had all the options I needed, and integrated nicely with the native app.

Isn't the new os supposed to include an html email viewing? Might it be comparable to one of these programs?

It's supposed to whenever it gets released (2Q08?). Haven't seen any detailed rumor reports but I'd expect it to be very comparable.

If your IT policy prohibits third party downloads like mine, you are stuck with what you have until a OS upgrade fixes the issue.

I beleive that the HTML upgrade will be via BES & BES server upgrades rather than the OS upgrade.
