    I cant seem to find a away to turn off the flash noise the phone makes when you take a pic is it possible to turn off?????

    No, you can't.

    the work around is to make a phone call first, then take the picture IF you must have complete silence.

    Or plug in a headset.

    Because of all the perverts that use to take pictures up girls skirts, now all devices that takes picture cant have there sounds turned off.

    My digital cam is silent, not a bit of noise, and it's fairly new. So I don't think that's the reason.
