I just got my BB this past week and have been messing around with some of the features. I still can't figure out how to set a different ring tone for individual callers. I put a bunch of ringtones on my phone and would like to assign them to certain callers. All help is appreciated. Thanks!

Go to your BB Contacts, scroll to the one for whom you want to set a ringtone, then Menu -> Add Custom Phone Tune, and you're good to go.

For some reason I am not given the option to add Custom Phone Tune.

I'm pretty sure I'm doing this right. I want to address book. Clicked on the persons name. Clicked menu and can't find anything.

Go to your address book and type in the name of the person you want to set a ringtone for but stop there at the name... do NOT go into the details of the contact. Click menu and scroll to the bottom..
