Is there a way to schedule a appointment from the address book? It seems to wrong to have to type in my clients name in the calendar when it is already in the address book. I do NOT want to use the "Invite attendee" menu option because I don't want it sending out email invites. I just want to enter something in the calendar without having to retype the clients name. Seems so elementary.
There's no way I can see to do what you want with the native software, other than copying and pasting. And you have to do the first name and last name separately if you do that. There's a new PIM for the BlackBerry in Beta test now, called Pocket Informant. You could google it. It's possible it has the feature you want.
