How to return my Blackberry to factory settings?
Hi all,
I have just had my 8320 replaced, and immediately did a restore with my old settings.
It is now slow as ****, so I wanted to wipe it back to factory settings - then simply synchronise it with my outlook etc.

Since I'm on my phone I can't get you the links. However, if you goto the help section and look under lecture series you will find a post on how to wipe your phone. You can always use jl commander to wipe the phone and then use the app loader (inside the desktop manager ) to reload the os. Just google jl commander. Its a small program and its free.

What is the Blackberry key?
I can't find the option to wipe where you are describnig it? - 08stratguy
Guest08-06-2009, 10:18 AM #5 The BlackBerry key is the key directly to the left of the trackball. Follow the path I posted earlier: Options > Security Options > General Settings
