I have tried to remove Verizon Navigator by going to options/ advanced options/ Applications and deleted VN, but it still shows up on my screen. Same question applies to facebook icon?
any help would be appreciated.
P.S. Yes I am a newbie...

A battery pull should fix this problem. If not delete them from your desktop manager.

the Battery pull worked for VN but not for facebook?? And thanks for that!!!!!
