    Looking to reset my handheld to all the default items that it came with. Also not sure what the difference is between wipe off and Master reset. please help!!

    Welcome to CrackBerry.

    Wiping your device will remove all the data and personal setting, but will not return it to "out of the box" condition or a master reset.

    In order to accomplish that, you reload a fresh copy of the device OS.

    That will initalize right back to the default language choice option, exactly the same as a new device.

    What the purpose of the little hole on the bottom of the curve that you put the paper clip into? I haven't tried it yet.

    Ummmmm, that's the mic. Not a good idea to put a paper clip in there....
