    1,000 KB = 1 MB
    1,000 MB = 1 GB

    106263.40 KB = .106 GB or 10.6 MB

    Well, TECHNICALLY... it's 1024 Kb per MB, not Mb, not 1000...

    B is Byte,
    b is bit,
    8 bits per byte,
    1024 bytes per MB,
    1024 MB per KB.
