    Call your provider and have them adjust the times it rings until VM picks up, they do that.

    CS has to do it internally. You can get up to 30 seconds before charges are applied of ring time but ideal is probably 20 seconds.
    At least that's what CS told me.

    Wow I had no idea providers could change this. I know with sprint it will ring for 30 seconds before VM picks up which is plenty long for me. Allows for 30 second ringtones when I make them!
