    Trying to get a feel for the vibrate mode in my old curve vs my new tour. How can I make my old curve vibrate being that its no longer has a provider attached to it. Any ideas?

    Options > Status then type TEST, press Menu, select Start and run a test on the vibration (it will probably be one of the tests under Misc).

    Can you go into your sound profiles and edit,, change to vibrate and then click try it?

    There won't "be anywhere to type anything". Just type the letters anyway. The menu will come up.
