    Hey all,

I've tethered my BlackBerry Curve 8330 to my laptop for the first time today and connected to the world wide web. I know how to connect to the internet, but how do I disconnect (besides removing the USB cable)?

    Thanks.

if you are using windows you should go to network computer icon next to your clock on your computer and right click and disconnect...

No, it didn't give me an option, but I solved my problem.

You're right. I guess it must have been a fluke because when I initially logged onto US Cellular's network via my BB, I didn't see ANY icon on my computer that verified my connectivity. However, I did see 'modem mode enabled' on my phone. The next time I logged in, I saw the computer icon in my desktop's system tray. And then I right-clicked and selected 'disconnect'.

I am so excited about this setup. Thank you both for your reply.

    Happy trails.
