Hi! My dad and I swapped phones. He was using a BB Bold 9700 and I was using a Curve 8320. His email was linked to his Bold and since we swapped, I don't think his email is linked to his current phone (my Curve 8320). I compared the email settings of both phones and they're the same but when I sent a test email from my laptop to his phone, he didn't receive it.
Log in to the BIS account for the connect the 8320, once the PIN is recognized, it will ask if you want to move your (his) email to that device. select yes.
