    i'm not sure i understand what you are saying. but some carriers if you are calling someone and they are on the other line it will beep

    Lol? Well if you're on the phone with someone, and someone is calling you, you'll hear a beep. If you are calling someone and they are on a call, you might hear a short beep after each ring.
