HOW TO FORMAT THE BB 8300 system
Can anyone help me pleasee...
i want to format or make a default setting for my BB8300

options>security options>general settings, hit menu wipe handheld. Returns to factory defaults.

He means "format" the device as you would a PC, and start from scratch.
Download the operating system and desktop manager from the BB website. You should be able to wipe it clean from there.

Let's hold off on the wiping instructions for a bit until
the OP gets back. I'd hate to think of someone wiping
