RIM seems to be another one of those companies that wants you to pay for support How do you contact them outside of that, especially with a bug report that clearly is their issue and you shouldn't have to pay for. In addition, I really would like timed profiles, which seems pretty basic. I have used it on other devices and was pretty shocked the BB doesn't have it.
