I just got my Blackberry Curve 8330 last month as a birthday present. I was told that I could create my own ringtones for my Blackberry. How do I do that?

I set up the Desktop Manager onto my laptop, I just don't know what to do next.

    Can anyone help me?

    -Thank you!

Search for a program called Audacity, it let's you make your own ringtones! No experience with it but a lot of users here use it.

You can also use Myxer - Download Ringtones and More to make ringtones from CDs you have or mp3s you own.

I use Audacity to make my ringtones. It might not be the easiest program to use for beginners though, it is very good for adding effects like copying and pasting sections of mp3s, trimming, fade-in/out, echo, etc.
