    Yep. Make sure you install the multi-language support for your phone for the languages you want, then go to options -> language.

    If you installed the languages then you should be able to change your options there.

    I'm pretty sure the Cingular/AT&T OS has multi-language support. You would have to upgrade your OS to theirs in order to have it.

    Finally found a program that allows me to read in korean. But it costs 9.99 per month. Wow, what a rip off.

    OS 4.5 has Korean language support. I saw it on the install menu.
    Trouble is, right now it seems to be full of bugs.
