One sure test, insert an AT&T SIM card. If it works, it is unlocked.

There is a technique where the result code will tell you, one of our unlocking techies will help with that.

Does the NETWORK or MEP 2 line say disabled or active? If not disabled then it is carrier locked.

I put a boost mobile sim in, just to see what it would say and it says Invalid SIM Card,

I do not have an AT+T card to put in it to see if it connects thru it...

    so I am still confused

"Does the NETWORK or MEP 2 line say disabled or active?"
Where would I find that ?

    Thanks

Boost SIM cards are for the iDEN network. They will not work in GSM devices. The 8320 will only take SIM cards from AT&T, T-Mobile or regional GSM carriers in the US.
