Default How do I wipe out everything on my berry I am sending back?

Ok well since I got my new curve, I have to send back the broken one to the insurance. But first I want to delete EVERYTHING off of it before it goes back to them. So how do I do this?

JL Commander should leave you with absolutely nothing on your BB, not even an operating system (error 507).

You need to make sure the application loader doesn't have the checkbox to backup and restore checked off.

So will doing the wipe on the handheld only with out using the JL Commander be sufficient? Or will I still need to do some more deleting?

JL Commander will wipe everything off your BB, even the operating system (OS). The OS will need to be reloaded to the BB following a wipe with JL Commander.
