Default How do I reset?

I'm look to reset my curve. I just got it from my g/f and want to start fresh and get rid of all her apps, contacts all her stuff. I just don't know how to do it! I'm new to blackberry could anyone help me out? Thanks!

Best way to do it is to update your OS and not restore the backup data.

A security wipe will clear the apps and data.
