    Hey.. I was wondering if there was a way to reboot my BB without doing a battery pull?

    Hold:

    Left ALT
    Right Shift (aA key)
    Right Del Key

    i do a double soft reset. i reset once and when the white screen comes back up i reset again.

    Lol. i read it on here and tried it. It seems to get me a little more memory when i do it twice in a row!

    That is the thread that taught me! Ha. Try a single then a double and see if you get better results...

    Backup your phone first. Then: options > security options > general settings >
    press menu and select Wipe Handheld
