Did you send the address as an attachment, or embed the address in the email message? Doing the latter, you just be able to click the url to take you to the download.

I'm unsure. All I do is click "Email Ringtone", then it sends an email to my phone with the address to the ringtone but I'm unable to click on it. How do I do the latter?

Can you select the url? If so, you could copy it and paste it into that field on your browser.

    Just a thought.

It is now allowing me to select the URL and save the ringtone. Thanks for all your help!

Depending on the size I would email as an attatchment. Or send as an mms usong a messsaging system, like google talk or yahoo.
